"This was part 2 of my annual service. In June Evan completely serviced my air conditioner. He hosed the entire inside which had not been done in over 10 years if ever. It even sounds better. With part 2 the furnace (I’m from Chicago) was cleaned and flushed and a new filter (I supplied) was installed. Very nice and patient service man. Answered all questions and put up with many management rules. Kenny’s is #1 in my book."

"During annual maintenance a problem was discovered that I initially believed would require a long wait for a part and several hundred dollars for the job. Joe sent a tech back to double check and discovered a minor repair was all that was needed and the cost was already covered in my annual maintenance visit fee. I continue to be impressed with the entire team at Kenny’s."
