"Warrantied (parts) condenser went bad. Kenny's was rapid and persistent in getting it diagnosed and replaced. Evan was very good and office staff quite nice and responsive. Will use again."

"I have had some setbacks related to age and health that have in the short term created a situation where I am very sensitive to any unexpected expense. Since I work from home when I woke Monday to a hot house it's was very concerning. Kenny's AC and the phone number were on my equipment. I am so glad I called, they were great and I am back to work."
