"After our 15 year old AC gave up on Labor Day. We called Kenny’s AC which was recommended by my neighbor. They came out the same day to assess the problem and kept it going during the hot summer but ultimately it had to be replaced. Kenny is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel like you’re part of his family. He provided several options and was not out to sell the shiniest and most expensive system. We got an estimate and details of the job to be performed. We requested a new estimate with upgraded system and we were very satisfied with the process. Kenny’s team arrived on time and they were professional, yet friendly. The job was done clean and completed faster than we expected. The quality of the products were excellent and explanations offered and all our questions were answered clearly and precisely. We are very happy with the quality of work offered by Kenny’s AC and it's a pleasure working with the staff."
